Do I have to wear a face mask in the museum?
Yes, wearing a face mask is mandatory in the museum.
Why do I have to reserve a time slot?
This allows us to optimally spread the flow of visitors across the museum. This way we ensure that you have safe space during your museum visit. Each time slot lasts one hour. Make sure you are on time, because after the ending time you have to leave the museum. Your starting and ending time is shown on your reservation confirmation.
How do I reserve a time slot?
Via our ticket page on the website. Determine the number of tickets and choose a day and time slot. Then fill in your contact details. You pay for your tickets and you will receive the tickets by e-mail.
Can I also buy a ticket at the museum?
No, this is not possible. You can only buy tickets online and reserve a time slot.
What time do I have to be present?
You cannot enter the museum before the starting time of your reservation. Arrive on time, because at the ending time of your reservation you have to leave the museum. Your starting and ending time is shown on your reservation confirmation.
Do I have to be tested before I can enter the museum?
No that is not necessary. We will not ask you for a negative corona test certificate upon arrival. We also do not measure your temperature. We do of course assume that you will not come to the museum with flu symptoms.
I also want to see the documentary in the museum's cinema. Is that possible?
The documentary will be shown in the museum's cinema. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough seats within your time slot. This is determined depending on the composition of visitors within the relevant time slot (individual visitors or households). We advise you to inquire about the possibilities during the ticket check-in at the museum.
If I watch the documentary in the museum's cinema, is that part of my reserved time slot?
Yes. You cannot watch the documentary earlier or later. The documentary lasts about 25 minutes. You then have 35 minutes left for the remaining museum visit.
Can I see the entire museum during my visit?
Yes, the entire museum is accessible during your visit. In smaller rooms, a maximum of one person/household per room applies. This is indicated in the museum.
Can I have a guided tour in the museum?
Yes, that's possible. The tour guide will always keep 1,5 meters distance from you and wear a face mask. A tour of a museum guide will not cost you anything extra.
